I Deserve Better

It is pretty erie reading my last post. I had so much going on and then in a second… the world changed even further. I haven’t updated about Memorial Day weekend because everything went completely out the window at that time. There is no time stamp on that post but it looks like it was posted in the morning. That afternoon we got word that my father in law was killed in an automobile accident.  Things were a bit crazy for that weekend and then for a few weeks following. The home improvement project that I was discussing is just now getting finished. Waiting to see how the stain drys before I call it done. Things have somewhat gotten back to normal but not really because the house is still trashed and now it is even filthier due to the construction dirt. My husband has been incapacitated from an accident that happened on the day of his father’s funeral.  I still never bought a scale….

With all that said, once again, the fridge is full with fruits and veggies to eat. There is a ton of pop that I will need to keep under control but that should be okay.  I have started taking my meds again finally and am now up to 2 a day but still need to get back to 1500mg per day of Metformin. I picked up “Get fit while you sit” at the library today. This should help. I can do this… I need to do this… I want to do this for so many reasons.
