Thursday Plan

March 12th, 2009

  • Banana, clementine, 12 raw almonds
  • clementine, 12 raw almonds
  • left over dinner casserole
  • u pick 2 from panera, broccoli cheddar soup and greek salad
  • pork chop, mashed potatoes, asparagus

Puts me at 143 carbs for the day.  Water and unsweetened tea for drinks.

If hungry, I will have a half cup of red grapes and 4 Brazil nuts for an evening snack.

Today’s goal is to eat only off of my plan and to play with the wii fit while dinner is cooking.

    What do you do on the Wii Fit? We’re getting my son a Wii for his birthday and I actually have a WiiFit sitting in the closet. Does it give you a good workout?
