Yesterday’s Weight= 297.0
Today’s Weight= 299.0
This weeks’ gain= 4.0 lbs
Next week makes 52 weeks. I need to do some serious considering on how I want to move forward on this.
I’m still sick. Coughing, runny nose, and lack of energy. Nyquil helped last night but I still just wanna sleep some more.

I think it’s quite an accomplishment to stay committed to checking in with yourself on your weight every week for a year.
It’s that accountability, that awareness, that will help you succeed long term.
I know you want to lose weight quickly - we all dream of that - but maybe you’ll just lose 13 pounds a year every year. And have up and down weights in between. You’d be a success.
