Break up your meals ....
Start your day with a fruit - within 15 minutes of getting up - you will be surprised how much of a difference this makes. You can even have a banana ......

breakfast you can afford to have something more filling than protein shake( maybe that alu paratha). Reserve the protein shake for you post workout snack.

If you have lunch at 1 and breakfast at 8:30 9am try to have a tiny snack at 11 am - maybe a slice of cheese or some nuts .
Try having a serving of butter milk ( you get pouches from Amul) at 3:30 pmish or nariyel pani with malai.
The 5:30 snack sounds ok - just limit the quantity .
Dinners - its best to limit carbs. One roti should be fine.
Dont go hungry though - eat lots of veggies .... Maybe make a stir fry of veggies and some paneer. To really fill up have a bowl of Rajma or yummy Ghugni.....
DONT GO TO SLEEP WITHIN AN HOUR OF DINNER.......

I followed this for a month and lost 1.5 kgs without doing anything else ...

Do I follow it now? No :) But will start again form next month :)
