That says it about right.. I am hanging on… too much work.. too little rest.. on and off exercise… and life is going on…

Glad you saved your blog from deletion - whenever you’re ready to come back we’re here. I am posting much less frequently (and less thoughtfully) but I’m trying for once a week (and almost never read/comment to others…) it’s what works for my life right now.

hey - I know the merry-go-round feeling, like there is nothing you can do but hang on until it slows down. Don’t lose touch cause eventually the wheel will slow down…
