I weighed 200g more than yesterday.
I think this is because my periods started yesterday.
Again managed to have sprouts for brekkie today. Though had less sprouts and had a chapati too. I just couldn’t do without any carbs, before facing the whole day.
Exercise was mixed today. It was my day to do cardio which I do without supervision from S.
Did my warmup exercise per new plan. The stepper exercises were good and got me sweating. Also managed to do slow squats and hold of 25 and 10 respectively for 2 sets each of narrow and wide squats. Will start doing pushups using a stepper from tomorrow. S wants me to do the squats with dumbbells. I think tomorrow’s workout is going to be tough.
Cardio was going good when the power went off for a minute and I lost the concentration. Picked it up again but wasn’t so good any more. S has put quite high intensity for cardio in my exercise card - don’t know if I would be able to do all that. But I must try very hard. Abs was okay afterwards.
I am stuck in the 70s for so long. I just want to get in the 60s and stay there for a while. After brother leaves, would talk to S and do some extra hard work to fall below 70.
Today’s weight - 70.4 kg
Today’s exercise - 20 min warmup, 45 min cardio, 10 min abs

Thanks for visiting my blog! I appreciate the comments. I do not tell this much, because I do not pay close attention to my grammar on the blog, but since you sniffed it out; I was an English/Lit major in college and I guess it shows even as unintentional as I try to be. I love to write and my daughter and I have thought of collaborating on a book one day about our lifestyle change/experiences. Who knows, maybe some day we will be famous and on Oprah and all that good stuff…just kidding!!!
You sound like you have your diet plan down and are working it well!! Don’t let little setbacks get you down…they happen! Just take it one day at a time and you will soon be where you desire to be.
I will check in on your blog from time to time to see how you are progressing.
