		<description>Hi! Thank you for the comment you left in my blog. I appreciate the support. Looks as though you are doing well with your weight loss. I think my biggest problem is once I do cheat a little, I feel like my whole diet is blown. I keep telling myself, that I will start over tomorrow, then the next day, and then the day after that. Until, I thought back a few days ago and I've been saying the same thing for 2 years. Anyway, today is the day, I have decided enough is enough. I do not have diabetes (that I know of). I have scheduled several doctor's appointments to have my blood sugar, blood pressure &#38; cholesterol checked. My father recently found out that he has diabetes. I am really worried what the news might be after my check-up. No matter what, I know I owe it to myself to take care of me. Thanks again for the support. Keep in touch.
