Hello world!

Hello there everybody! I am so excited to be here.

I am currently at 70 kgs (155 lb approx.). I have lost around 10 lbs in last four months. I am trying out a combination of exercising and healthy eating. I need to lose at least another 15 lbs.

I work out at a nearby gym with my fabulous personal trainer. I generally work out 6 days a week. 3 days I do cardio and ab exercises. the other 3, I do weights and ab exercises with my trainer, with maybe 15 minutes of cardio thrown in at the end. Fortunately I am in love with my exercise routine and manage not to miss many sessions. :)

I am hardly doing a quarter as well on the eating front. I am trying to avoid junk food as much as possible, but not doing so well there. My three main meals are healthy and I do rememebr to drink lots of water if I am in office. But I do very poorly on both food and water front on weekends.

 However that’s all from me today. Planning to post my progress regularly. :)
