December Goals
- 45 minutes of exercise every day (At least 3-4 times a week all month)
- 8 glasses of water every day (Missed 1 week where I was away on vacation)
- try 3 new vegetables to incorporate into repetoire
- only allowed to jump on the scale 3x a day MAX
- keep in touch with family and friends
- stay positive!
- take pictures of myself weekly
- blog consistently and comment on others consistently
- end 2009 strong and give myself a head start for 2010
- eat within calorie limits EVERY day (some off days; on vacation I didn’t track)
- record daily food intake (haven’t recorded in almost 2 weeks
November Goals
- Lose 2 lbs per week
- Stay within calorie limits every day (8 days off plan)
- Allow myself to be human
- Exercise at least 30 min a day if not more
- Drink 8 glasses of water every day (8 days off plan)
- Not be a scale junkie (obsessed with the scale)
- Learn 10 new healthy recipes
- Stay positive
- Love myself and people around me
- Take weekly progress pictures in same swimsuit
- Be confident when I visit sister during Thanksgiving
- Improve my mile time on treadmill
- Read 3 new books (I read A LOT of online articles and 1-2 books)
