CW: 126.4 lbs
Yesterday, I kept myself very busy and close to my meal plan to offset the really bad eating I did Wednesday night. I was attacked by the binge monster and sadly I lost. I kept eating very clean yesterday and got a lot of both formal exercise and informal exercise.
Week breakdown of workouts
Monday: pilates, 6.2 mile run, CardioX
Tuesday: pilates, 4.8 mile run, P90X Plyometrics,
Wednesday: Power walked 4 miles, Yoga, Ab Ripper X
Thursday: 6.2 mile run, cleaned house for 2 hours
Today I’m not going to run to rest my legs but I do plan on doing some form of exercise
I really need to NOT see 126.x and the only way I can do that is if I stay true to goals!
