CW: 126.4 lbs
Inching my way out of 126 and not giving up until I do! I know my body is capable of it. I just need to keep going.
For exercise yesterday, I started off with 20 minutes of pilates then I went for a 4.8 mile run. In the late afternoon, I tackled plyometricsX which kicked my butt and I loved it. At night, I did some weighted hula hooping while I watched TV.
Today is going to be lighter on the knees so I don’t hurt them but I do want to go for a shorter jog!
