I finally hit that 30 pound mark! It’s been so slow going the past few weeks, that I was starting to get down about it.

I took most of the week to make up my mind what I was going to do food-wise, then decided to stay with a plan similar to HMR, but one I can do with grocery store food. Basically, I replaced the HMR meals with Lean Cuisine and WW meals 300 calories and under, the shakes and puddings with sugar free pudding mix and skim milk, and am keeping in lots of vegetation.

It was really, really nice to eat something different for a change. WW mini vegetable pizzas, I LOVE you.
