Okay, okay I am still writing my food log down, what can I say I want prizes and Stacy says I have to do this to get prizes! ;)

7:30: bagle (not whole grain but the bagle shop was out of whole grain when I bought them last week and this is the last one!), cream cheese, water, apple

10:00: ( I made a snack for the car before work!) : trail mix: almonds, walnuts, raisens, cranberries and a few choco chips! super yummy.  Most of it from farmers market. 

12:00: PB & J: For future note: they are always organic peanut butter, juice sweatened jam and whole grain bread (this time from farmers market).  Plum, water

3:00: spice cookie at my moms

5:00 snickerdoodle cookie from coop

6:00- rabbit food: carrot, sugar snap peas, tomatoe, a brocoli salad with gorganzola cheese (no mayo), some almonds, water

9:00: small piece healthy chicken casserole: (I made before bootcamp, fajita style chicken, corn tortillas, salsa, yogurt, sharp chedder cheese, pinto beans, tomatoes) It turned out yummy.  Cookie (it had oats, walnuts, etc in it), milk 

Exercise: boot camp

Water: I filled my bottle 3 times today!! that is 72oz  thats a lot for me!  plus cups of water while at home I may of hit 80oz! woohoo!

Okay I need to work on the cookie thing but I like them.  They were all home made (by my mom or the coop) so no preservatives.  oh and I crave them so I take that to mean my body needs them.
