Friday Oct. 16 2009 (I forgot to blog Friday)
Breakfast: running out door to chiro, had raisens & water
2nd breakfast: Cold cereal (can’t remember what kind maybe granola & milk)
Lunch: a few pieces of chese, rice/quiona mix, apple, carrot
Snack: cookies
Dinner: Roasted chicken, potatoes, salad, apple
Snack Cookies
water: yes I drank water
exercise: stretch 20 min.
