5-6 servings of veggies:

Butternut sqaush soup lunch: 1.5 servings veggies

Snack: carrots .5 serving

Dinner: taco salad: 3-4 servings veggies: lettuce, tomatoes, avacado, corn, black beans (are they a veggie?), fresh salsa, onions, bell peppers, carrots (ya I threw them in but they didn't really go with taco salad).  ...</description>
