My workout lifestyle journal.  I do not diet.  I do not want to diet.  I like to be healthy, I am happy with my body but who wouldn’t want to fit into a size smaller pair of Jeans.  I am kind of lazy about this stuff because I know I can go to Costa Rica and drop a few sizes again next summer.  I teach Adapted PE so being healthy is also part of my career.  I try to eat healthy meals, local & organic when possible.  I like buying food from farmers market or fruit stands (no bar codes).  I try to limit packaged foods, preservatives, chemicals, etc. in my families diet.
