Apparently I forgot to post this the other night…doh!!!!
I had a pretty good one for the arms and abs today.
This little cross-fit number makes ya sweat.
My time was 15:15 Not bad, huh? When I do this one again I’ll be aiming to beat this time. I broke them up into sets of 25. If not, I would probably still be trying to finish off those damned push-ups! And the day I reach a light enough weight to do an unassisted pull-up I’m going to cry deliriously!
1.6 miles of fast walking on T-mill. This hamstring has a ways to go before it is strong enough to handle a fast leg turnover for more than a few minutes at a time. Patience…I know.
After I DESTROYED my arms on “those damned push-ups” I did a couple sets of high rep chest flyes, tricep push and bicep curls. Along with a set of overhead triceps extensions to failure,
Sometimes I like doing reps to failure. Dunno why. Just do!
