Then, this afternoon after dragging my ass back and forth over the step to Cathe Friedrichs “Cardio & Weights” and straining with the 8 & 10 pound baby dumbbells Ifound myself highly frustrated at how wimpy I’ve become in only a matter of months. So I kicked my own ass a bit, then got over myself and now I have a mini goal. To see how fast I can get back to doing these work-outs with the same ease that I was doing them before all of this racket of letting myself go to pot started. My leg still needs work for strengthening, but that doesn’t excuse letting the rest of myself get weak. Bad me! B-a-d!!! There’s no need of it.
