04/08/13:  234.0 (OMG it’s been a long time since I tracked my weight!)

5/13/13: 242.2 (sad to report I gained 10 pounds in a month)

8/31/13:  245.4 (started Herbal Life - two shakes a day)

9/03/13:  239.4 (lost weight over a holiday weekend WTH??? That NEVER happens)

9/04/13:   236.4 (I guess that run last night helped! - I am NOT weighing everyday)

    You lost 12lbs in one month, that’s great! That’s my exact goal so seeing someone else successfully do it is really encouraging.

    Wow! Great job so far! I don’t think I could handle an all liquid diet. My boyfriend did a liquid diet through our local hospital a few years back and lost 82 lbs. in 5 months. He was on the medifast diet. I could never survive! lol Keep up the amazing work! I look forward to following you!
