<p>Sorry I haven&#8217;t posted in a while but things have been pretty wild here and it seems like I&#8217;m always pretty busy doing&#8230;something&#8230;?</p>
<p>I have been able to read some of your blogs though and it helps me to stay on track even if I&#8217;m not able to post.  My weight is kind of at a standstill right now&#8230;not losing&#8230;not gaining.  Very frustrating, and difficult to stay motivated&#8230;  I know what I have to do though&#8230;just buckle down and get a few great days under my belt and then I&#8217;ll have some momentum to keep me going.  I&#8217;ll keep you all posted and let you know how things are going!</p>

<p>It has seriously been 95-100 degrees for the last 3 days now and I&#8217;m just about done!  I&#8217;m not doing well with my diet/fitness goals right now and am generally just weary.  I really do want this&#8230;It just seems so hard sometimes.  Not to mention the fact that I have been pretty emotional and insecure lately (there are some&#8230;however irrational&#8230;reasons for this) and I just can&#8217;t seem to find the motivation to do anything.  Blah!  What is wrong with me?  Hopefully I&#8217;ll be able to get my act together and make at least some measurable progress before the summer truly does come to a screeching halt.  My current goal is to get to 148lbs by next Saturday&#8230;I&#8217;m hanging around 150 now so it isn&#8217;t a monumentous goal&#8230;  Oy, I just feel so defeated.  I know I just have to get a few good days under my belt though and then things will look better.</p>
