Random Thoughts and Updates: Off to work for a staff meeting and some e-mailing, and then its exercise, and cooking (danger! danger!) for my church community group dinner.

How Today is Shaping Up:
1. Drink 64oz of water a day or more ♥
2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day
3. Do at least 35 min of cardio 6 days a week ♥
4. Take a mulit-vitamin daily
5. Meditate for at least 10 min every morning
6. Track everything accurately ♥
7. Journal or blog daily
8. Keep calories within range ♥
9. Weigh myself only once a week
