Lunch- Light English Muffin, LC Cheese, Veggie Lunch Slices, Tomato and 1/2 can Split Pea Soup
Snack#2- Cottage Cheese and Raspberries
Dinner-Broccoli, Quinoa, Sauce, Oil, Turnip Greens and Onions in a Whole Wheat Pita, Acorn Squash w/cinnamon

This is something I’ve been thinking about lately. I’m certainly capable of eating above and beyond satisfying my hunger…and doing it repeatedly day after day.
