I worked out on the treadmill with a slight incline for 20 minutes yesterday and 30 minutes today. Feels great! Now that I have more energy in the second trimester, I can get some much needed exercise. This will help my mood, my swollen limbs and body, and I’ve heard it will help with my after delivery recovery. I just want to keep it up after the baby arrives too and for LIFE!! Love it! I love the way it feels!
Yesterday I weighed in at 201. I should be gaining weight with the pregnancy but not at the rate I have been. For instance I am six months pregnant and I have gained 30 pounds so far. Too much too soon.
Oh, well!!!!! I’m glad I’m not someone who says … who cares, I’m pregnant, let me do whatever, who cares about my health or my weight!!!
