Yesterday I was at the doctor’s office. I weighed in at 195 pounds.

My final goal weight is 150. I have picked up smoking again because I am frustrated with my efforts.

My plan is to eat eggs for breakfast, a green salad for lunch, an apple for a snack and about a 600 calorie dinner. I want to work out and I have joined a gym but I find it difficult to get there. Ugh!

I have a plan but I need a jumpstart. If I have a dinner party or something that prevents me from this plan, I fall off the wagon. Then I beat myself up about it and get depressed.
