So it turns out it has been hard for me to get started, no worries though, in the book there is a wonderful suggestion and I have found some other useful ones online:
- start with breakfast and forget about the diet the rest of the day
- whenever you get a craving, write it down and have it on your cheat day
- get rid of forbidden foods in your kitchen
So this is what I am working on at the moment, I really wanted to just start properly but I realized baby steps are better than excuses. Even with the sleepless nights due the baby and me feeling tired, shouldn’t take me longer than a week.
