Well, its a new year and I’m gonna have to get new goals. I have decided on the goals, so here they are!
1. Drink 64 ounces of water daily.
2. Walk 11, 000 steps daily.
3. Slim fast for breakfast daily.
4. Attend OA meetings weekly.
5. Exercise 6 days per week.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep nightly.
