2009 - Goals

WELCOME 2009!

Well, its a new year and I’m gonna have to get new goals.  I have decided on the goals, so here they are!  I am going to use FitDay (http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=hlinder ) to track all this… so check in!

1. Drink 64 ounces of water daily.

2. Walk 11, 000 steps daily.

3. Slim fast for breakfast daily.

4. Attend OA meetings weekly.

5. Exercise 6 days per week.

6. Get 8 hours of sleep nightly.

7. Document on FitDay.

8. No smoking!

  1. Those are all reasonable goals and I like that none of them have to do specifically with weight. Granted, as you meet these goals you WILL lose weight, but all of your goals are based on your behavior and what you can control instead of the craziness of the scale.
