Ideas Needed

I’m trying to think of ideas to help me with the Biggest Loser challenge that starts at my work in January.   Got any to share?

1.       OA Meetings

2.       13,000 steps per day

3.       Slim Fast for  breakfast everyday

4.       64 oz. of water daily

5.       Exercise Daily

*****Treadmill (12-week workout plan)

  1. ditch the slim fast and go for lots of protein and add a green veggie at breakfast. Switch from wheat to the sprouted grain products. Be sure to take a rest day from exercising, at least 1-2 days a week. Get more sleep. It takes sleep for your body to build muscle, and the more muscle you build the more calories you burn, even while you sleep. Make sure to do some weight type exercise, not just aerobics.   2. Hi there I have the biggest loser success secrets and I agree with the protein, try to get one high fiber, which is helpful too. There is one called fiber 35 in the health food stores only 150 cals and 10 g of fiber. Also, you can add the green stuff to the shake and wallah. Then, also, I set my cell phone timer or over timer or something across from me so I can not be sitting down to turn it off and when I get up, I walk and get a glass of water one every hour which obviously is great for water intake and more steps. I agree with Delita on the add weights, that is a huge BL secret and great video is Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred which is 3 mins weights, 2 cardio and 1 abs , 3 times and you have a 20 minute workout on top of the walking. Other tip that works for me is in morning, eat banana and apple and 1-2 spicy V-8s ( I can’t tolerate the regular)…again, more fiber and you get 3-4 servings of F& V out the way..when i stay true to those things…I do kick butt on weigh ins…Hope this helps! Oh and I agree on the sleep..
