I think an important part of successful weight loss is to have goals. My current weight loss goal is to reach 165 lbs, and to walk 7 miles a week.

I’m getting quite excited about starting the South Beach diet again. I just got back from a shopping trip to pick up all I needed for this week’s recipes. I’m enjoying having a menu and a plan again.

I found a great resource for South Beach recipes at this site. It has a nice variety of recipes, and they’re sorted out by phases.
