Tonight I have a meeting at a local cafe. Eating out can be a challenge because I want to stay on plan and still enjoy my meal. This cafe has their menu online, so I was able to check it out and I know what I’ll be ordering before I get there.

I think an important part of successful weight loss is to have goals. My current weight loss goal is to reach 165 lbs, and to walk 7 miles a week.
