It's great that you have a friend to get you motivated &#38; help you along the path

An hour a day of cardio?  You're a powerhouse - but make sure you're not expecting too much of yourself too soon...  Sometimes we do better with "5 of 7 days" goals or similar so that if you miss one day you don't think you've blown it completely.
