As I said in my “all about me” page, my goal is to get down to 150 lbs, and then re-adjust when I get there.

Reach my seventh goal= 160lbs
Reach my eigth goal= 155 lbs
Reach my ninth goal = 150 lbs

Week 1: 199 (-2lbs)
(week 2 & 3 cancelled for christmas & new years)
Week 4: 200.6 (+1.6)
Week 5: 202.0 (+1.4)
Week 6: 196.2 (-5.8)
Week 7: 199.4 (+3.4)
