Progress & Weight Question January 24, 2009

I still cannot believe I lost 5.8 pounds!! I am uber excited.  This week I WILL commit to going to the gym or doing some sort of exercise either on the treadmill, on demand workout, or walking Pat’s dog. 
Sunday night I will do the treadmil. 
Monday I have to go to school early, but I can go to the gym after class. 
Tuesday after class I will go over to Pat’s and walk chey. 
Wednesday - gym in the morning.

Heres a question though…Should I avoid doing weight training if I want to see the numbers drop on the scale?  I know that muscle weighs more than fat and all that, but if I’m trying to lose the fat should I do weight machines?

    Congrats!! They say keep up the weight training cause muscle actually burns fat, it seems the more muscle you have the skinnier you look and the less fat your body can carry. All sounds good to me!
