I’m BAAAAAAAAAACK March 17, 2009
So, I have been thinking a lot lately about my weight. I have been so incredibly stressed with school that I haven’t gone back to weight watchers, I haven’t made time for the gym, and I certainly haven’t been eating healthy.
I registered for an Tennis as an elective and that starts tomorrow morning. I am pretty excited because I think this will help me get my arms back into shape. I need to start walking again considering it is getting so nice outside.
I also have been toying with the idea of doing video blogs. I don’t know if I would just leave it on youtube, or post it on here. I think it would be successful. I heard a tip that instead of writing everything down, you should take pictures of it instead. This way, I could make a small video of what I ate that day, my exercise and what has been new in my life. Should I use a web cam or my digital camera? Who knows….
I have to start doing something for the summer. It’s not about bathing suits because i’ve never been comfortable in a bathing suit. I want to be able to wear dresses and have my arms be a little bit thinner, and have my thighs not rub together.
I also just got an awesome internship at a museum and I want to be able to wear cute business clothes, and be able to walk around without getting out of breath, and wear something tight and comfortable, not something loose that will get in my way.
Also, I am graduating in December and I want to get a cute dress and look amazing in pictures and all of that.
I don’t think I need to concentrate so much on the eating as I do my exercising.

update February 16, 2009
First of all, I hope everyone had a great Valentines Day! I know I did!!!
so last week, I didn’t update my blog very much, but I wanted to let you guys know I did really well with food until Saturday (which even then, I didn’t do too bad) I went to the gym once(tuesday) and took a huge walk on wednesday night and another huge one on thursday afternoon.
For valentines day, my boyfriend took me out for Italian, and I had gnuccis & he had this like crab mac & cheese. I didn’t feel too bad because I ate well all week and kept track of my points.
Ooh, and I got a new hair cut :] and it’s adorable!!
Excuses & Explanations February 10, 2009
Last night my brother basically told me that I was a fat lazy slob, and since then I’ve put a lot of my things into perspective and I’m going to prove him wrong. Also, one of my co-workers who is probably 100 pounds overweight- placed me in the same “large” category as her. I don’t think I am…but I don’t want people to look at me like that.
I have been soo bad this past week…from the super bowl up until yesterday I was so bad! When I look back, I wanted to be down to 175 by valentines day. Well..valentines day is 4 days away and I haven’t made any progress. So I plan to start fresh, stop making up excuses, get up earlier, take my vitamins and write EVERYTHING down.
My friend and I came up with a plan of when we will go to the gym and what we will do. I can’t let some of the people in my life influence the way that I manage my health and appearance.

mom and i didn’t wake up February 7, 2009
I think she did it on purpose. Last night she said to me “well what if i dont wake up in the morning” and I kind of shrugged her off. WELL my friends, she didn’t. And I didn’t. So…with or without her, im going to weight watchers on Monday night
New Weight Watchers February 3, 2009
Mom and I are going to a new weight watchers meeting this Saturday at 9:30, after being embarrassed and annoyed at the meeting last week. The woman does not want to encourage us at all, and I ended up paying 91$ to lost 1 pound..or so her rickety scale says…
anyway…like i’ve said before my goal is to lost about 40-50 pounds. I could use as much support as possible
