Hi Everyone.  Hope you all had a stellar weekend.  Kev had a gig in Raleigh; it was a blast.  I think I may start back with my weigh-ins tomorrow.  Now off to check out your blogs…

    I’ve got Raleigh on the brain as I am reading David Sedaris this week and it makes me miss southern living. Um, yeah, that’s my comment. Has no merit or meaning in relation to your post. But hi!
