nervous…

I’m a bit nervous for WI tomorrow only because I want to hit my mini goal so bad, since I’m already behind a week from the time I was sick.
But I’m going to take it with my head high since there was nothing i could have done with being sick and exercising…also i don’t know why but i’ve had a hole in my foot the past few days and its been driving me nuts. it’s been extremely hard to hold myself back from gorging on things i dont need. but the last two nights i couldn’t help myself
i went and ate a medium size bowl of honey bunches of oats with clusters. :sighs: i mean better than a bowl of ice cream, but still, definately not needed. it’s because the hubby’s not here because of work so i can’t sleep well and instead stay up late, and get bored…self-control, self-control…i haven’t had this problem in a long time, so i dont know where its coming from, but i’m not liking it. the next time i get the urge to indulge i’m going to shove water down my throat and force myself to go to sleep.
Can someone tell me how to change and create a blog roll? i noticed most ppl have it setup now and i’m dying to play with mine.

I so understand the boredom/loneliness thing. My other half works nights..so he sleeps when I am home and we see each other for around a 20 minutes in the am as we pass each other on the way to the truck!
Have you tried the Aquafina fruit flavored water/ it is kind of sweet….fruity flavour..when it is icy cold it might help take the desire for something else>>
I also have a sleeping issue…so i cut off anything sweet or caffeinated by 6pm..early but every little step I take helps.
it is hard to lose weight ..or even concentrate when you are tired..after awhile I find I would get crabby…last week almost went nuclear..hahah but I finally am catching up.

That sounds like why/how/when I eat. I did so good all last year and yet I have slipped back into pre-diet habits. Eating out of boredom. Then eating more due to the feeling of defeat that I get from eating out of boredom. UGH! I am starting to snap out of it now. I think the slump buster challenges are helping me get focused again.
Looks like you got your blog roll set up! Yeah! You can also do the same type of thing to put in tickers or photos on your sidebar.
HI thanks for the comment and encouragement. Glad you got the blogroll going. That drove me nutty too way back when I first started i deleted it, not knowing what it was. Then when I knew what it was ( a few weeks later) and wanted it back I had to ask several times and someone finally helped me get it back. I still javen’t figured out how to get tickers and widgets to work, but I think it might be my minimalistic theme I chose. And I don’t know if I care to change it again. I used to have this one, but then finally changed i tbecause I couldnt figure out how to get the text size any bigger.

Yeah, those late evenings with the TV are killers on the diet. I do the same thing. DH has to get up for work at 3:30 am so he’s usually in bed by 7:00 or 7:30. The TV and I have a very enabling relationship.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
