    I was just looking at your pictures of progress and you look so wonderful! You are definitely motivation all by itself. If you need motivation just take a look at your own pictures and see your journey……Absolutely beautiful!!

    it’s probably the food more than the exercise. Loosing weight is 85% food and maybe 15% exercise. Don’t be negative, remember that you can’t fail unless you give up. Keep at it.

    Dont worry about slipping up, thats normal, everyone does it ^_^ You CAN get up, just take it one step at a time. You’ve come a long way already, whether you see it or not, you can definately keep going

    Oh I know the feeling. I’m probably the laziest person in a hundred mile radius of where I live - I just cannot be bothered with moving.

    And I think your most definitely right about the water retention, especially after fast food. Just stick in there and I’m sure by next wi day the number will be down.

    Together with every thing that appears to be developing throughout this subject material, a significant percentage of perspectives are rather radical. However, I am sorry, because I do not subscribe to your entire plan, all be it exciting none the less. It appears to everybody that your comments are generally not totally justified and in simple fact you are generally yourself not completely certain of the point. In any event I did enjoy reading it.

    I have noticed that online education is getting preferred because attaining your degree online has developed into a popular alternative for many people. Many people have certainly not had an opportunity to attend a normal college or university although seek the improved earning potential and career advancement that a Bachelors Degree offers. Still other people might have a degree in one course but would choose to pursue another thing they already have an interest in.

    Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
