a successful change October 23, 2009
My back is a bit better however the pain has moved to my hip and groin area so no exercise yesterday and today. Yesterday was lots of rest and sleep and today I will try to do much of the same.
My change in weigh in day was a hit today as I am down 3 lbs from Tuesday of course not wanting to eat much due to my back and hip ache. I think I will love having a new weigh in day - might even still check in with the scale on Tuesdays just for good measure.
The weekend is upon us and I had alot I wanted to do like paint the trim on the back of the house, sand and paint the back door and start on my table I am making for the deck but all this depends on how I feel. The things I am certain about doing is errands today, meeting hubby for sushi for lunch, dinner tonight at cracker barel with the grandparents, tomorrow evening we plan on going to see couples retreat at the movies and then Sunday we will go to church to give thanks in Gods house.
