My new favorite, gotta have it thing. This stuff is off the chain!!!!! I eat it in my cereal, oatmel, on a turkey sandwich or on my waffles.

I’m thinkin maybe me and hubby will try and make our own - seems easy enough and we have all the ingredients so I will keep you posted on that project.

I weighed in this morning just like I do every Tuesday morning and I noticed I am teetering toward the 200 mark and while standing there on that scale the Lord spoke to me “I am a God of many chances, I have kept you under 200 and now it is up to you to do your part to stay that way, remember you are not alone, we will do this together” I thanked Him for my number on the scale and stepped off with a great thankfulness and positive attitude toward the day.

Today is my manmas (grandmother) 73rd birthday and this evening some of the girls of the family are taking her to dinner - her choice and I think she is gonna chose Olive Garden so I gotta be good.

Didn’t get in my workout after work as I had another one of those headaches again except for this time it made me dizzy and lightheaded - I still was gonna give it a try but hubby said no and that I could hurt myself worse.

2day looks like this:

  • 2 whole grain waffles with sliced banana and sugar free syrup, 1 cup of coffee and big glass of ice water
  • kellogs nutri grain bar and 7 almonds
  • lean cuisine & clementine
  • granola bar

Of course I gotta get in my water!!!

LOL… Almond butter is amazing food, isn’t it. I also like pumpkin butter.

It is so wonderful that you post here. When I joined 3fc in 2004, not a whole lot of gals talked about God and being a Christian. I see more coming out now. I can’t do it alone. Lots of scary feelings with weight-loss that people don’t talk about. I nice to know that I have some sisters here!

I felt comfort in your comment. Thank you for taking so much time for your thoughtfulness. I have been in this rut, but I know it will pass. I have hope and faith. I’m seeking strength in the right spots. :D

I get migraines occasionally. The last one was May 20th. The day after I started back to 3fc. I was so upset because I was gung-ho on getting back on track.

I said a prayer for you this morning.
May you be blessed tenfold for your support and encouragement to me!

    *hugs*
