This morning when reading out of my bible I came across this scripture…..
Isaiah 64:8 But now, O Lord thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou art our potter; and we all the work of thy hand
After reading this scripture I did a bit of meditationg on it and it came to me that God (the potter) is still at work on me (the clay) and that I am and always be his work in progress.
I take that and tell myself I am where I should be at this point as I have yet to be perfected (so to speak) and as long as God hasn’t given up on me why should I.
I hope this scripture helps you in your weight loss struggles or anywhere else in life you may have concern.

My hubby calls Tuesdays which is our weigh day “tell all day” because he says ” the scale will tell all of what you have done over the week”.
In todays case it tells that I am up 2lbs from last weeks 4lbs up. I tells that on Friday I went on an all out binge of cookies and ice cream. It tells that on yesturday my birthday I did a bit to much celebrating by eating nothing but junk all day.
So yes I guess you can say today is tell all day!

I was amazed when I saw this picture. My first thought was “wow! you don’t look half bad”.
Seeing this picture makes me wonder do I really look like this - in this picture I look smaller than I feel.

This is only one of the beautiful places we stoped to have a look at all God has created. I found this picture to be a good way to start this new day - the first day of July which is now offically the back side of the year.
