Happy Healthy Me

 After work I  have dinner and shopping planned with my mom and grandmother.

Haven’t been able to get in any exercise since Saturday as it seems something is wrong with my left foot. I have alot of pain/pressure that starts in the arch and heel and then moves up thru the ankle which is making my foot swell. I do plan on giving it a go on tomorrow even if the foot still hurts and hopefully it will be okay.
