Yesturday was a spot on plan day with food and exercise and todays plan looks to be the same.
- b- l/o fish from lastnights dinner, over medium egg & 2 cups of coffee
- s- activia yogurt
- l- chef salad (at a diner I will meet hubby at for lunch)
- s- peanuts & raisins (my sweet fix)
- d- salmon veggie casserole
- s- (if i decide to) sliced banana & peanut butter
workout will consist of a video

Tamatha, you are SO BEAUTIFUL! I just reread your “about me” and saw your photo. I don’t remember seeing it before, did you just put it up?
Anyways, I’m writing to tell you that your post and history motivated me to walk 2 MILES(!!) tonight. I needed it badly. I just walked and walked, listening to praise music.
Loved every minute of it and was thankful that you’re bloggin here!
Peanuts and raisins sound good. I’m going to make a blend right after I submit this. That casserole sounds amazing too. I’m gonna get my casserole cookbook out too!! Haha.
