TELL ALL DAY July 7, 2009
My hubby calls Tuesdays which is our weigh day “tell all day” because he says ” the scale will tell all of what you have done over the week”.
In todays case it tells that I am up 2lbs from last weeks 4lbs up. I tells that on Friday I went on an all out binge of cookies and ice cream. It tells that on yesturday my birthday I did a bit to much celebrating by eating nothing but junk all day.
So yes I guess you can say today is tell all day!
Whoa, I’m struggling right beside you, Sister! I just can’t get a grip on the over eating or eating junk groove–Saturday, Sunday (total BINGE) and Monday! Today I am trying the “focus” technique to see if I get back on track with that. …and prayer of course!!! God always has a plan. He’s that good.
Ginny Owens is one of my favorite Christian artists–one of her lyrics is that God said something along the lines of “I never said it would be easy. I said you would never go alone.” I listened to that on my bike route this morning to try to get energized.
I said a prayer for you today too.
