It’s hard to believe we are already at June - man time flys
Sadly the weekend is over but boy was it a great weekend. My nephew was born on Saturday and he is beautiful. I got a great workout in on Sunday with painting the house and also a 50 minute high intensity walk/jog workout at the park.
Today being a new day and a new month lets see what June brings for me.
my eating plan for today:
- 2 cups coffee, cereal and skim milk
- yogurt
- lean cusine flatbread sandwich & chips
- homemade trail mix
- undecided - didn’t take anything out & need to go grocery shopping
- ice cream sandwich

my water intake for today:
- drink 8 8oz glasses of water
