psalm 23: yea though i walk through the valley of the shadow of death you are with me
God walks with us through our valley whatever your valley may be. It takes us to get to the other side. Yes it seems easier to quit, stop, take a free day but when we do these things it keeps in the valley longer than needed.
With strength, courage and determination from God you too will get through your valley.
Remember you haven’t failed as long as you keep trying.
I really believe that if we keep trying, we haven’t failed! It took me many, many, many tries to quit smoking. I’ve been smoke free since 2005. Same with this diet/lifechange, I will NEVER quit. I’ll grumble all the way through if I have to! lol…
I love reading your blogs–your faith in Jesus for guidance and friendship is awesome. Each day before I get out of bed, I say good-morning to the Lord and ask him to help me make the better choices throughout the day–not just for food either.:P I owe my success thus far to God alone.
