Happy Healthy Me

Lets start with a recap to my weekend - I got my doc appt in and all seems well, I have droped a few pounds since my last visit in February and my blood pressure was down (100/68) some more since then as well. Dinner at Mimis was delish as usual. The yard sale on Saturday wasn’t to good, we made $50 but we also got stormed on and had to close up. Eyebrows are done but my hair is not colored and a bunch of us went to dinner at Chilis so no sushi for me. As far as Sunday well that was one big mess of a day and more than I care to get into.

Today is a new day and I am excited to see what the Lord has in store.

step out on faith and everything else will fall into place
