today June 8, 2009
Even though the weekend was rainy one I got alot of housework done which in turn with a good Saturday morning workout gave me a bad backache when I woke on Sunday so wasn’t able to workout. Spent lots of time with mu new nephew over the weekend, I swear I could just hold him and stare at him all day as he seems to do something different or change every second. My back feels better this morning so I plan on getting in my walk at the park this evening that is if we don’t get any rain.
my eating plan for today:
- 2 waffles with sugar free syrup, 2 slices turkey bacon & 2 cups coffee
- yogurt
- mac n cheese & tuna fish (i have so been craving this)
- 1 grapefruit cut into chunks
- chicken breast, beans and mixed veggies
- ice cream sandwich
my exercise plan for today:
- walk at the park
my water intake for today:
- drink 8 8oz glasses of water
With the Lord’s help, we can succeed
