weigh in June 2, 2009
Well my aunt has finaly left and in doing so she left me with a 1.4lb gain on the scale - how dare she!
Now on to today ….
my eating plan for today:
- left over pulled bbq chicken in an egg beater omlet with cheese, coffee and green tea
- cheesestick & fiber water
- meeting hubby at wendys and i am torn between a salad or chicken sand
- whole grapefruit cut up into chunks
- going out for a bday dinner celebration
my exercise plan for today:
- 2 mile walk at the park and weights
my water intake for today:
- drink 8 8oz glasses of water
Just hang in there and know that it’s all in God’s hands and in his timing!
So many gals here at 3fc gobble that egg beaters up. I should try it!!
I just got 4 gigantic grapefruit on my big outing to the grocery store. Can’t wait them up! Getting healthy foods I love makes eating fun… Have a wonderful time during the bday dinner celebration!
