yesturday did not turn out like I had hoped-I did get a walk in at lunchtime and I did get my water but I came home from work feeling very tired and freezin cold so hubby said to rest which I did and I feel better for it this morning. I did yesturdays weights workout this morning so I am caught up on that.

my eating plan for today:

  • egg whites black beans cheese & salsa scramble, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 cup of coffee & 1 cup chocolate soy milk
  • atkins mocha shake
  • tv dinner& mini orange
  • yogurt
  • porkchop & veggies 
  • ice cream sandwich 

my exercise plan for today:

  • 2 mile walk at the park

my water intake for today:

  • drink 8 8oz glasses of water

I had a great weekend - didn’t do anything exciting but did enjoy it none the less. My eating wasn’t bad either I stuck to plan with a few tweaks here or there but nothing bad. Water intake was spot on of course. I am actually ready for Tuesdays weigh in.

Todays plan of action…………

my eating plan for today:

  • cheerios w/skim milk, mixed fruit, 1 cup of coffee and water
  • grilled eggplant & water
  • turkey & roast beef sandwich, small bag chips and water
  • watermelon
  • steak, sweet potato & green beans 
  • 5 cookies & skim milk 

my exercise plan for today:

  • weights and 2 mile walk at the park

my water intake for today:

  • drink 8 8oz glasses of water

Wow Thursday was a great day!!! I ended up eating a banana between bfast and lunch - I wasn’t hungry but felt a bit sick to my tummy. At lunchtime yesturday I got in a 34 minute high intensity walk on the treadmil. Exceeded my 8 glasses of water again! We decided againto do an early workout and a late dinner (hubby worked late) so I ate a fiber+ bar and drank half of a coke zero which really helped give me that push I needed. 

my eating plan for today:

  • mini bagel with cream cheese, 1 cup chocolate soy milk, 1 cup coffee and water
  • turkey sandwich on wheat, watermelon and water
  • chicken salad and diet soda
  • fiber + bar and water
  • 2 slices of cheese pizza, salad and diet soda 
  • ice cream sandwich

my water intake for today:

my eating plan for today:

  • scramble egg beater and cheese sandwich on wheat, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 cup of coffee, 1cup chocolate soymilk and water
  • chicken breast, veggies, black beans with brown rice and coke zero 
  • yogurt and water
  • steak, corn on cob, lima beans and coke zero 
  • ice cream sandwich

 Yesturday’s plan went well! I did decide to get me a coke zero to have with my lunch but didn’t drink it all. I was hungry so ended up eating 2 cheesesticks instead of just 1. Felt kinda tired in the afternoon - you know that 3 o’clock hump is hard to get over sometimes. We decided to eat dinner after our workout so I ate a fiber one bar to give my grimbly belly a boost before the workout. Yes again I ovely exceeded my water intake.

Today May 6, 2009 - at the 2 year mark I stood on the scale to see 203 which means I have gained 3lbs in the past year.

This year has brought it’s own problems, situations and road blocks much like my first year. With a failed adoption, the loss of my mother in law and my cousin I am living proof that when life steps in it is hard to stick with it and lose weight - everyday is new yet everyday brings about different road blocks and I now want to focus on not letting those road blocks stand in my way.

My goal for this new me year is to not just to lose those 3lbs but to also make it to my goal weight of 165

On that note my plan for today is ……..

  • 2 pancakes with sugar free syrup, 3 sliced strawberries, 1 cup of coffee and water
  • yogurt, mini orange and water
  • baked fish, veggies and water
  • cheesestick and water
  • chicken breast, brown rice, veggies and coke zero
  • ice cream sandwich

Yesturday I had to add 5 almonds to my morning snack as it just didn’t seem to hit the spot - I even spaced everything out. I didn’t do a 2 mile walk on the treadmil I did a 30 minute high intensity walk. Of course I again went above and beyond on the water. At dinner I only had shrimp, salad and diet pepsi and for a snack I had hot chocolate while watching biggest loser instead of an ice cream sandwich.

but I won’t be weighing in as I will weigh tomorrow for my 2 year mark.

Yesturdays plan was a bit off when it came to eating as i went for mexican with my boss to celebrate her bday instead of having my chicken sandwich. Everything else was right on, got my exercise in and even exceeded my water intake.

Today it is a beautiful day full of new beginnings and with that here are a few things I want to hold myself to: food, exercise and water intake

  • baked chicken sandwich and water
