today 5/28/09 May 28, 2009
yesturday was a bit of a mess as far as eating goes - my aunt flo showed up and sent me on a tail spin… how dare she! I did go above and beyond on my water intake and my exercise so hopefully that will help.
my eating plan for today:
- 1/2 of a mini bagel with cream cheese and peanut butter, coffee & 1 cup grapefruit juice
- yogurt
- tv dinner
- apple & laugh cow cheese
- fish, rice and a veggie
- ice cream sandwich
my exercise plan for today:
- 2 mile walk at the park
my water intake for today:
- drink 8 8oz glasses of water
